Is my payment information secure?
Our payment provider is Stripe, a world-class payment provider for online and offline transactions. They will securely process your subscription payment today (all transactions are VAT exempt) and then automatically renew your plan in 12 months in full unless cancelled.
What can I expect after subscribing to a new membership plan?
Once you’ve completed your subscription checkout, you’ll be redirected to the login page. After logging in with a paid membership plan, you’ll have immediate access to all members-only content and benefits linked to your chosen annual membership. Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime, but unfortunately, the price you pay will not be prorated. Your membership will be updated immediately, granting you access to upgraded features and benefits.
Can I downgrade my membership?
You can downgrade anytime. However, this change takes effect immediately and overrides any higher-level access without issuing a refund, just like upgrading works immediately. We recommend waiting until your RFC Forum Full membership plan is nearing or has expired before downgrading to avoid losing any remaining features and benefits.
